The Full Cycle

What Happens to Your Order — Step by Step

STEP01

Design & Artwork

After payment, we’ll prepare a detailed 2D/3D production artwork based on your sketch, logo, or reference photo for your approval.

Input: Sketch / Logo / Photo

Output: 2D/3D Artwork

Lead Time: 1-2Days

STEP02

Mold Making

After the production artwork is approved, we create the mold according to the confirmed design, paying attention to fine details, dimensions, and engraving depth.

Mold Lead Time: Typically 1–3 days.

Mold Storage: Molds are kept for 2 years from the original order date.

Repeat orders within this period can reuse the mold free of charge.

STEP03

Die Casting / Stamping

Zinc alloy is die-cast for 3D sculptural pieces; brass, copper and iron sheets are stamping-struck for flat formed medal and badge bodies.  Every blank is deburred to remove sharp edges.

Brass / Iron: stamping

STEP04

Polishing

Tumbling, sanding and hand polishing remove gate marks and striation so plating sits on a smooth base. This quiet step is the difference between fine metalwork and a “cast-looking” surface.

STEP05

Plating

We offer gold, silver, nickel, copper and antique finishes. Each batch is checked for a smooth, consistent finish.

STEP06

Coloring / Enamel

Soft enamel leaves rims you can feel; hard enamel polishes to a jewelry-flat surface. Epoxy doming, glitter, glow and screen-printed details are applied and Pantone-matched at the paint bench.

Quality Inspection & Packaging

Each piece passes the five-gate QC line — material, plating, color, final inspection and packaging. Cleared goods are bagged with matched ribbon, boxed to your quote and sealed into photographed export cartons.
